SIDEWALL CONVEYOR BELTS
offer effective long term solutions for steep angle/high angle/vertical conveying of bulk material. The material conveyed ranges from transport of fine sand to lumpy material.

Depending on the application the Sidewall Conveyor Belts with sidewalls of different heights(from 120 mmto 240 mm) and cross cleats of different heights (from 110 mm to 220 mm) can be supplied. The sidewalls and cleats are provided with fabric reinforcement to ensure proper elongation at the flexing points.

The sidewalls and cleats are hot vulcanized with the base belt and thus provides high bonding of sidewalls to base belt and cleats to base belt. The specially designed Sidewall Conveyor Belts provide high lateral stability and transversal stiffness which result in good longitudinal flexibility. This makes it possible to change belt direction from horizontal to vertical.
